Yoga for Bodyworkers with Lillah Schwartz
March 5 - 7, 2010
Learn better body mechanics
through alignment based Iyengar Yoga 101.
Embrace Yoga for Self-Healing.
As a massage therapist for 18 years, I have a very good understanding of your needs. I had so much neck and back pain after performing 18-20 massages a week, that yoga was the only activity that kept the pain away so I could work.
Please watch this slide show as a way to get a sense of what skills you will gain when you choose Yoga for Body Workers for your CE credits this year. Each weekend counts as 20 CE credits (Plus 4 CE Ethics Credits FREE! )
Please join me - March 5 - 7th, 2010 for Body Mapping: Hips and Spine  this weekend will include elements of corrective exercise for the massage therapist to relieve and prevent hip, back, shoulder, and arm dysfunction. Cost: $265
You will learn the healing principles rooted in the science of yoga, and learn to offer the blessing of fundamental yoga poses based in the science of anatomy and physiology to yourself and your clients. You will gain confidence in your ability to self-heal and have additional understanding and skills to share.
Allow me to introduce you to yoga as a healing art.
